GRANNY TORRELLI'S CHICKEN SOUP RECIPE
Ingredients:
Celery
Carrots
Onions
Mushrooms
Chicken
Water
Salt and Pepper
Dash of soy sauce
Pasta
Directions:
Defrost chicken. Fill big pot with water, and toss in salt, pepper, soy sauce. Chop all other ingredients, fling into pot. Add more salt and pepper and the pasta. Stir continuously. Pour into bowls and serve with bread.

GRANNY TORRELLI'S SALAD OF ORANGES
Ingredients:
Oranges
Parsley
Olive oil
Directions:
Slice oranges, place on salad plate and drizzle olive oil over them. Sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley over the top.
GRANNY TORRELLI'S PASTA AND SAUCE
Pasta ingredients:
Flour
Salt
Eggs
Directions:
Put flour into bowl; add 4 medium pinches of salt. Crack eggs into separate bowl. Whisk eggs with a fork. Make a well in the flour, pour in the egg and squish it together using your hands. Sprinkle flour on one of pastry boards, knead the dough, pat and roll the dough until gleaming and smooth. Shape into an oval, take a big knife and slice off pieces, each one the size of a tiny lemon. Flour your hands and roll dough into snake shapes. Then chop these into inch-long pieces. Roll these pieces so it looks like a little dough canoe. Leave on the board to dry.
Sauce ingredients:
Spare ribs
Ground beef
2 cans water
eggs
garlic
onion
tomatoes
salt and pepper
Oregano
Bay Leaves
Olive Oil
Tomato Paste
Directions:
Dribble olive oil into a big pot. Chop onions, garlic- put in pot. Add the spare ribs. Chop tomatoes- add to pot with tomato paste. Pour the water in and add a bay leaf. Put 2 pinches of oregano, 3 pinches of salt and lots of pepper into the pot and stir.
Knead together the ground beef, eggs, salt and onions. Roll into balls and drop gently into the sauce mixture.
Cook pasta and serve with the meatball sauce.
